Crusaders have placed attacking midfielder Ben Kennedy on the transfer list, ending months of speculation about his future.
The 26-year-old, who joined the club in 2020 from Stevenage, has been linked with a move to Larne and Glentoran in recent weeks.
Kennedy has made 89 appearances for Crusaders, scoring 36 goals, including four in a 9-0 win over Carrick Rangers in August which earned him the Premiership Player of the Month award.
He has also helped the club to back-to-back Irish Cup titles.
In a short statement on the club’s official website, Crusaders announced: “As of this morning, Crusaders Football Club can confirm that Ben Kennedy has been placed on the transfer list.”
Kennedy’s last appearance for the club was in the BetMcLean Cup defeat to Portadown, where he came on as a half-time substitute.
His form this season has been impressive, with eight goals in 15 league appearances, including a hat-trick in a 5-0 win over Warrenpoint Town.
With his future now uncertain at Seaview, the likes of Larne and Glentoran are reportedly interested in signing him.
