Belfast International Airport, a part of the VINCI Airports network, is excited to announce its first job fair of the year, aiming to boost its workforce in line with ongoing expansion efforts.
The job fair is scheduled for Saturday, 20th January, at the Gasworks Hotel in Belfast (previously known as Radisson Blu), from 11 am to 3 pm.
Prospective employees will have the opportunity to interact with representatives from Belfast International Airport and its partner companies, including Swissport, MountCharles, Airport Taxi company, and Wilson James. These teams will assist attendees in navigating the application process, discuss attractive salary packages, and highlight the various benefits offered by each company.
Currently, the airport is looking to fill over 100 new positions across its premises. The roles range from full-time, part-time, to seasonal employment, encompassing various fields such as ground handling, security, retail, driving, and catering.
These job openings are part of the airport’s significant long-term investment plan, with a notable project being the new security terminal, expected to be functional by Summer 2024.
Furthermore, the airport is thrilled to begin the year with the announcement of 11 new routes in collaboration with its airline partners EasyJet, Ryanair, and TUI. This expansion will provide passengers with more travel options to over 70 destinations in the UK and Europe.

The job fair is open for walk-ins. Attendees will have the chance to engage with the staff and recruitment partners, inquire about the various roles, and get a sense of the working environment at the airport.
